Ask before you enroll.
Miller's Academy is one person. That means the answer you get comes from the person who teaches the class — and it means you should give me a day to get back to you.
Write from the address you'd want a reply at. If you're already enrolled, use the address on your account so I can find you.

What to write about
Any of these is a normal thing to email about. You don't need to have decided anything first.
Enrolling in the course →
What's covered, how it's delivered, and when the next group starts. Pricing is on the pricing page — email if what you need to know isn't there.
One-on-one coaching →
Tell me roughly where you are — how long you've traded, what you trade, and what keeps going wrong. That's enough for me to say honestly whether coaching is the right thing for you or not.
The indicator package →
Platform questions, what each tool does, or whether it fits how you already trade.
Trouble with your student account →
Can't sign in, lost your access code, or the journal isn't loading. Include the email address you registered with and I'll sort it out.
What I can't help with
I can't tell you what to buy, what to sell, or what to do with a position you're holding right now. Miller's Academy is an education business, not an advisory — I'm not registered as an investment adviser and nothing I send you is personalized advice. If you need that, it should come from someone licensed who is obligated to look at your full situation. The risk disclosure spells this out.
I also don't run a signal group, and I don't do account management. If either of those is what you're looking for, I'd rather tell you now than take your money.
If you're deciding whether this is for you
The honest short version is on the about page and in the course outline. If you read both and still aren't sure, that's a good reason to email — describe your situation and I'll tell you straight whether the course is a fit. Talking someone out of enrolling costs me a sale and saves us both a refund conversation.
